This cassette was originally be sold on Under Pressure's November/December 2005 US tour. Unfortunately, the postal system had other plans, so once we get this limited run shipped back to us, they'll go up for grabs. Human Error collects material from their split EP's with Blood I Bleed (Podruido) and DFA (Flowerviolence), their contributions to the You Study Records omnibus and the Negative FX tribute coming out on Podruido, two songs previewing the upcoming full length Come Clean, as well as a previously unreleased song.
